I'm thinking we can test this at Inferno Lounge or some other zone.
Inferno does not require hosting privileges, so this is a good spot to
use. Aero Lounge might also work. Have the tested guide make an event
called something like "Hosting Test" so that when the Island Guides are
invited in the invite a group item, they will know not to bother to
come.
Some items can be tested by having the new guide make an event at Aero
Lounge. From this we can test items: 1-3 and 5-14
The guides may need to bring in alts or other guides to test the
subject on items 3,10,11
Guides will need to drop a document to test item 12. The dropping
permission might be a good one to use to test item 9.
Items 4, 15, 16 can be tested through discussion and quizzing.
Race tracks have special conditions and settings that may need to be
tested separately.
